I agree. Let’s not forget that Carragher is a nasty fucker - common assault, spitting, and always running his tiny fucking mouth. In my opinion, Nassef is the old boy in the corner of the pub who has seen enough and put a shot across the louts bow.

Other clubs have gone about their business, blatantly cheating the rules and the media still lap them up. Villa continue to be dismissed and ignored. This week has seen a Man U based narrative to belittle villa and unsettle Emery. Nassef says enough is enough. Love it.

One thing I have observed closely in my business career is that most CEOs/MDs are slightly psychotic, unhinged, and can be given to unreasonable shows of aggression to shape things to their will. It’s a trait I don’t possess but we may be seeing Nassef going full CEO mode!!

Charragher is entitled to his opinion, albeit his analysis of the United crisis is spectacularly inept. However he’s not entitled to be abusive and he crossed a line, and for this Sky should sack him but won’t. An apology from him would end this, but the question is “ Is he man enough ?” to do so.
