WM has scrapped the standing charge on gas, by adding it to the unit price. So who loses and who wins? Those living in colder areas i.e. Northern areas and all of Scotland are the losers, adding up to 15% to the predicted £400 New Year increase. The South East are again, no surprise, winners.
