In lots of ways I'm really happy with the way my life has turned out (happily married, we own a nice house together, I have a comms job at a charity which I love). But I switched career tracks at the beginning of last year from being high flying agency life to much more chilled in-house work

I was previously in a really senior role and one promotion away from being a director. I was earning a lot more money, but I missed doing my actual job vs people management and I was in an awful super sexist organisation
