Or is there a default strength setting that Picard likes but not a default temperature setting? Or is the default temperature for Earl Grey "lukewarm" or "iced"? Or is the default "regular hot" but Picard likes it a few degrees hotter? I have so many questions all of a sudden.

Drinking my morning tea. Earl Grey. Hot. New #TNG thought. The replicator must be programmed for everyone's preferred tea strength because Picard never specifies that, and you should be able to order strong/weak tea. So why does he specify "hot"? Did he ever order iced tea?
