Poor fen has a hard time finding a comfortable sleeping position with bits so big it has Guinness sending him DMs and scientists calling his condition a freak of nature, but I think mobility is probably his biggest concern, as well as finding a sleeping position

Might be extremely hard to walk with his size but at least he always has a very comfy warm body pillow even though it ways a little much

Stuff where the characters overly large thickness/weight/size actually affects their mobility or daily tasks realistically is so peak, it’s such a rare thing to actually see but a character being self aware and actually struggle with there size and that being the main theme

Guess he figured out the hard way that said post did indeed grant one wish, should have been a little more careful with it, now he’s more balls then fennec, being stuck with the constant reality shattering, overstimulating, immobilizing set of balls he’ll never be able to relive
