i'll do my best in combating my loneliness by including myself in things & asking to hang out more, only thing is that last part takes me IMMENSE energy and willpower to do so esp now [holding up a big sign that says "please feel free to ping me or invite me or include me in plans if you can ty"]

not to mention having to wake up EARLY early, which cuts down the possible time i can spend with alot of friends even more... i need to get really cool about that so quickly

apologies in advance cause adjusting to a new workplace and going from working 0 hours a week to 35 during depression season and no therapy spot in sight yet will probably rain hell on my already shaky mental health cause i cope very poorly with stress
