Highlight of today's walk was hearing the Yellowhammer doing it's bread and no cheese call. I haven't seen one for about 2 months so it was lovely to see one today. Other highlights Kingfisher, Great White Egret, Tawny Owls calling to each other, Siskins, Redwings, Fieldfares etc!

Micromanaging trauma survivors without our invitation or consent is an excellent way to toggle our "controlled" & "in trouble" triggers, no matter how supportively feedback is framed.
Show PostTrauma survivors very often need, or strongly benefit from, jobs or situations where the schedule can be flexible & we have input into our working hours & days. It providers a buffer against our super sensitive triggers of feeling trapped & controlled.
