Grew up w/ town form of gov’t but have soured on it. May have worked in 18th C, but it is now an archaic barrier to getting things done. Like sewers to fix nitrogen pollution from septic tanks & affordable housing needed by the town’s workforce. So much talk, so little decision-making & action.
