As for Jeremy. My husband is much the same. Sweet, a nice guy, supportive but not really able to understand the impact it's had on my life and my health.

I'm so glad I've found my psychiatrist, who is also a psychotherapist. One way of getting Medicare to pay for most of it. It's slow but it's certainly helping me. I can't undo the past but I'm slowly removing the underlying dread I've lived with for most of my life. That said we are strong. 💖
