Binance says it has replaced 95% of the $6.3B stolen in its hack. That doesn’t mean it recovered the money. It used its own funds to replace customer assets while billions in stolen crypto remain unrecovered. While it’s great they will cover the losses, deep pockets aren't a security strategy.

Verbosity and overreach are still serious problems in coding agents like Claude Code. It even does it with UI designs. I say "I want these menu items", and it adds explanatory text for all of them. I say "Remove the explanatory text" and it adds the explanations to the menu items themselves.
