Do you have any idea how hard it is to take too much estrogen? Like technically possible but youd have to inject a full ml of 40 intramuscular to get there, and that would likely just fuck you up emotionally for a few days, worst case scenario your T would 0 out youd have to use a pump of cream

Estrogen is an extremely safe drug, but the only endocrinology doctors ever learn is like 2 days of classes in med school, most of which is focused on insulin, all they learn is "give as little e as possible" based almost entirely on decades old and literally withdrawn by its own authors science

Endocrinology is already extremely underresourced because its for women and the chronically ill (especially those horrible moral degenerates, diabetics) and theres no money in it, but trans people dont even fucking rate. As a friend like to say, were basically a glitch

When you get on estrogen they tell you youre at highly increased risk for osteoporosis or blood clots as though the estrogen is gonna melt your bones or dump cement in your veins but actually...THEYRE COMPARING YOU TO CIS MEN. You have the exact same risks as other women, because you are one as well
