If you see a clip from 2016, he's like a whole different person. I remember seeing something from the early 2000s and he was actually pretty eloquent compared to now. He's on a real fast decline.

I use a physical ledger and receipt book for doing treasurer stuff for my kids Girl Scout troop and everyone thinks I'm silly until the crummy WiFi at the school doesn't work and I can still get everyone's cookie money recorded

Though I did learn to love finding scans of old, out of print books on the internet archive while in library school.

Meanwhile, a physical archive does require maintenance and storage space, but it is much less easy to corrupt or delete en masse. Digitisation is an incredibly useful tool, but it must never be allowed to replace the physical archive.
