Es geht längst nicht mehr darum, Stellen wegzurationalisieren. Sondern mit dem vorhandenen Personal so zu haushalten, dass die zu erledigende Arbeit bewältigbar bleibt. Oft sieht jede Abteilung nur ihren Teilprozess. Oder Abläufe sind ineffizient für Masseninput. Vielleicht initiativ bewerben?
