Westminster station -the portal to British government, passed through by 1000s of policymakers every day - almost always offers a good illustration of why TfL & @london.gov.uk need to curb fossil fuel ads on our tubes, trains & buses. BP isn’t advertising here to sell consumers more petrol directly

I think it is more that various tax incentives in China expired at the end of March and as a result costs jumped significantly from March to April. I have a client who took advantage and bought many MWs of panels in March, which are only being installed now, with storage costs in the interim.
