30 is perfectly nice. Both 30s are short-sleeves and shorts weather in my part of the world (Rockies).

We’re not there yet, but here’s the thing: 300 days of sun a year, and thin atmosphere. It can be 30 in the shade (which is where all temps are measured) and you can be standing in the sun, surrounded by snow, and it feels balmy. Also altitude means it’s dry. Hoodie and shorts are a known uniform.
