➡️ It is fine for us to say “I don’t want to eat that” and expect labels to accurately reflect the ingredients for us to be able to make that choice, I am not sure I want to have a law that says “ultra processed food is bad”. Tofu is ultraprocessed. By certain definitions, olive oil as well.

What I am trying to articulate is that it is hard to come up with a definition that can be useful in a legal sense. ➡️
