I would wonder whether interpreting this as “they must platform the speaker” isn’t slightly broader than the text — they’d be obligated not to fire the person because of vile research, but they certainly don’t have to promote them.

I have a hard time squaring these. I suppose the speaker is not directly harassing discriminating against a voluntary audience, however it’s a vile performance unfitting for a pluralistic setting. It’s very white supremacist.
