The Star used to be centrist and then it was brought out by two right wing billionaires that.. wait for it.. donated to Maxime Bernier and Doug Ford. Then its editor came from National Post and I decided to unsubscribe from the paper. I stopped listening to legacy and corporate media altogether.

When I say please stop relying on the courts like this, I really mean it. C-22 has too many tentacles, it would take dozens of cases. They are not everyone’s fall-back for not voting or protesting. Once this bill has passed, surveillance in Canada will dramatically increase nearly immediately.
