Consultant said this week that only one of my vocal chords has been damaged. Today I received an appointment to start preparing for the removal of the trachy tube... Whoop, whoop!! My worst fear ( other than death) was being stuck with it forever.

It's a sad story. Can't remember the guy's name (Llewellyn?) but what a twat. Did you walk along the river? I should have said, walk past the arts & crafts place, across the footbridge & turn right. Lovely walk along the Glaslyn.
