buddy, i can close all three rings playing drums in a punk set that clocks in at 30m *while* crushing two rainiers without delaying any gratification *and* i don't have to tell every person i've ever met on the internet how much i hate it

It varies so much for me, and I can't even always predict it. I feel kind of out of shape but feel completely fine after 15 km, or I go out planning to do 20 km but have to stop after 10.
