one ysayle hill i will die on is that out of all of hydaelyn's special girls, she's the most like venat. she sees a serious rot in the established order, and seeks to violently tear it down—compels her people to take a good look at the truth and refuses to let them bury it or look away any longer.

i think theyre probably gonna step back from some of the moral greyness but lagertha being a ships captain/some kind of faction leader does give them the potential option to play with ysayle's political motivations again
