An underrated part of being a parent is that no matter how bad of a week you may be having, all your cares (temporarily) melt away when you see your kids and their friends all playing together in their Halloween costumes

Him being at the arc helps set up their transition defense. VJ and Brown have a much better chance at catching up to the play from the corner or the dunker than Joel does. I'm pretty optimistic about this team's defensive upside once Barlow and Walker are back.

If you're saying that players across the league will start shooting better as the season progresses, won't they shoot better against other teams, too, and thus ranking would stay the same? Or are you saying that the Sixers give up more open shots?

I’m worried about the offense more, which is mostly 62 straight empty set isos for whoever gets the ball after the first and only action (usually farther from the basket and with 12 second left). That’s a Nurse special and I don’t see him fixing it
