i had some work friends and a best friend that was developing into a narcissist in front of me. i accepted i would be that lonely for all my life, and that was my turning point. as far as material support, i was lucky to be healthy and twenty years ago it was a given that a job=rent.

We let ourselves be consumed by the world and the fear of things getting worse for they are slowly getting worse. We think a lot on how to fix but, ironically, not a lot on how to actively make it worse. If it hurts, how to make it hurt more? You might even end up failing at making it worse.

Instead of dying, why don't you kill instead and make it someone else's problem. Might sound stupid, but a therapeutical pathway IS making things worse and deep diving into your death drive (death drive is not suicidal ideation, is the drive that makes you an object).
