In my opinion she has horrific body image issues of some description, and appears to be chronically unwell both mentally and physically. Making fun of Susan Dell's appearance is punching down, and I don't care if people don't care. That's MAGA behaviour and makes us no better than republicans.

Plus, they look to be having facial fat removed, and once that's done, it's done. My plastic surgeon won't even do that procedure at all because it's so irreversible. *I'm seeing plastics as they're also hand surgeons, and I screwed my hand up rather spectacularly, if I do say so myself.
