Fr fr! I feel like it's also kind of the only time you can safely practice "knock on a neighbor's door" with kids. We used to sell girl scout cookies door to door too, but other than that, there's almost never a time a kid is going to be the one knocking.

In my city we have a few streets that are “the trick or treat neighborhoods”. If you wanna go out you have to drive to one of those neighborhoods. No one comes to my house.

I had a whole bowl of candy with a silly sign to boot, but then I forgot my neighborhood is mostly people 60 and over, so only one family showed up. I guess I might have to eat it all myself. And my sign said to not have me eat it all myself because then my dentist would be upset. xD
