Guys. The Army is the joint lead for mortuary affairs. The fact that they’re training for that mission isn’t new nor is it related to anything beyond general readiness.

The PLA have building an arsenal specifically to defeat American forces in east Asia and if you track the Ukraine war, a single missile can mean a mass casualty event. If you need to then move in a contested logistics environment, this is entirely warranted
