Show PostIn fact IRS could fix it, as it depends in good measure on technical issues like the definition of "primarily" in the 501(c)(4) regulations. But this is a more of an "and" than a "but" comment bc Congress in fact has an ongoing budget rider that blocks IRS from writing those regs.
