Judge Reyes notes that she and her clerks have been working nonstop, including through the past two weekends. Says she will get a decision as soon as possible, but she's not forcing her clerks to work through this weekend to meet DOJ's requested Nov. 4. date.

Show PostWe have not heard from Plaintiffs yet. The reason for this hearing is to clear up apparent inconsistencies between DOJ's representations to the court and Trump's TS posts. Woodward's answers have been, essentially, that Trump's TS posts don't have legal relevance for Plaintiffs' ABA lawsuit.
