My dad struggled with addiction his whole life. As a young lawyer more than 20 years ago, I was assigned to represent Purdue Pharma, and I regret it. They lied to everyone. If I'd known, I never would have taken that work. I've spent my life since fighting for people's care.

Holy shit!! My husband is talking to his brother on the phone. His brother just told him he paid $6.49 a gallon to fill his oil tank! Oil tanks hold 375 gallons of oil. That's over $2000 to fill it once.
