Kicked off my Halloween weekend by playing a (honestly, surprisingly) good card game adaptation of VAMPIRE: MASQUERADE with other junior faculty. The scheming and risk-analysis is quite brain-burny, but the limited number of both rounds & cards you play makes it all feel worth it!

A new consimcon in London, well lit hall, easy public transport, a library +a supermarket next door!

We banged on the wall SO MANY TIMES trying to get that marker to fall. Like five minutes of pounding from various angles and intensities. Then we realized that there was a magnet on the side of the marker and it was sticking to a screw on the top of the dry-erase board lmao
