For high-end players, "Raid Gear" will be obtained in 8-player Savage Raids. Rewards will drop after each floor fo a raid but starting in 8.0, raid coffers will drop for each individual party member. Everyone gets an item, no more casting lots.

Asking for allowences isn't cheating, it's about an even playing field and a fair crack at what would be a fun minigame. I'm not asking for it to be scrapped, or that this minigame type never be used again, I'm simply asking for a way that those with disabilities or non english speakers to play too.
