You know those days when stars align? Yeah, nah. I don't believe in that crap. But today somethings happened so that my beautiful disabled son had one of the best days of his life. He got to ride on a vintage steam train, an old carousel and a ferry across Port Phillip Bay. (1)

Low & slow pork ribs. Chilli, garlic, onion powder, paprika rub for 24 hours then marinated in a home made chilli bbq sauce. Smoking at 125⁰C with apple wood smoke.
