My position of continuing to rely on proven process and tech has been called ‘naive’ by people I massively respect. I think the naive position is building a reliance on technology with unpredictable cost, efficacy, legality and availability.

Re: that RT.. it is wild to me how many experienced biz people have forgotten that predictability of schedule is more important than saving theoretical money. When the prices do go up, or the ai providers destabilise, a lot of folks are gonna miss a lot of milestones
