At a minimum, if people could wear masks in airports, on airplanes, on public transportation, and in healthcare settings—then we could go a long way towards limiting transmission and normalizing masking as a basic common-sense community service. #COVID

You’re correct that people aren’t dealing with the associated trauma, but the trauma—and pandemic—have to truly end before we can all process & recover from it. But first more people need to realize we’re still in a pandemic & resume taking precautions like masking to protect themselves & others.
