🎯this said it! They need to watch the reality of it, especially if it's a child. Watch them try to be brave for loved ones as they fade. Watch parents beg an imaginary god for help that's never coming. Then they can run their mouths about who decides what. Until then they need to shut the hell up.

My mother’s heart was gradually slowed by morphine. We had an opportunity to say goodbye. I ran exercises of visualizing letting go with her all night. She died smiling at me, holding my hand. I can’t imagine cancer eating at her further than it did. It was in every organ except her heart and brain
