Tangentially related, but I’m reminded about a case I’d heard about where a sex worker accidentally killed a dude that was into breathplay, ‘cause like, it wasn’t her kink and she wasn’t familiar with how to do it safely, you know.
Show PostAnyway, the thing that REALLY pissed me off is that she cooperated fully with the police after quickly alerting them; handing over all the chat logs and videos, etc, etc… And they charged her with murder in the first degree based on the material she handed them.
Show PostIt’s one of those cases that I use to tell people that the cops are not there to help you… They are in fact there to help build the case against you. And if you find yourself in a situation like this, they will levy the unreasonable amount of trust you put into them to fuck you over.
