Having something small and comforting with you there for directly before/after can help some. Like a small plushy or sensory item. Anything that soothes you. I've listened to playlists of favorite upbeat or calming music before procedures to help with nerves. I'll be thinking about you. 🫂

When voting there are tons of guides that promote propositions and candidates for various offices but fuck if you can find info on judges. What do they stand for? Oh sure, sure they are supposed to be impartial and follow the law, the constitution. We’ve seen how that works.
