How did you use the theragun for planter’s fasciitis? I’ve had PF and found physio/stretching/intramuscular stimulation helped, but I’m interested in the possibilities. Also, my podiatrist, whom I’ve been quite happy with, was less helpful than my physio in this case.

If they must woo, all I ask is that people don’t don’t try anything that might cause permanent injury or death. At least be evidence-based about potential harms.

Different things help different people. Medicine is more “it depends” than “one size fits all.” I was plagued by terrible dizzy spells that left me incapacitated. Had cataract surgery & the dizziness stopped. There’s no reason that should’ve happened, but I’ll take it!
