I know this feeling. But times change. Old Boomers, Jonesers, even the older Xers...they're gonna pass out of the demographic. (Meaning, die.) Think of America as a house with good bones; some people trashed it, but it's still intact and can be saved.

I didn't say it would be comforting. I'm saying that it's a political reality that the MAGA generation is heavily tilted toward the olds, and "America will never recover" ignores that they will soon be leaving. That's just an empirical observation.
