When a barista or bartender knows me and knows my order, I feel seen in a good way. When an AI agent does it, I feel spied on in a really creepy way.

You mean like a barista who knows a regular? Or like a bartender that knows a regular? One of the small joys of working in hospitality is interacting with your regulars and the same goes for customers interacting with their favorite barista/bartender. This is so fucking dumb.
