Exactly. The entire opposition rump is adamant they’d leave the moment they get into power. The EU simply won’t countenance the UK joining until that’s gone. Never mind the EU businesses that would lose out and would bring political influence to their own political classes to object to it.

Well that was one hell of a closing argument tour by Trump for GOP candidates. He salivated over men’s body parts, said high gas prices are good because oil companies are making billions, bragged about his ballroom, and said if he gave people $5k they still couldn’t afford to buy dinner at his club.
