Finally feeling significantly better. There is still pain, but it has calmed to a fresh scar instead of overwhelming torture. I did not know just how painful diving this deep into my mental health was going to be. I've learned how to properly grieve and I'm learning true acceptance.

I'm still processing a lot. There will still be more art related to processing what I've been through and what I felt (and I think being honest with my art is important). But as far as my present and my future I'm finally ready to move on from the pain and loss of the past, both old and recent.

The labels don't really matter all that much, but I found it helpful in understanding myself better, learning where to forgive, and learn healthier adaptations. This makes it sound easy, but if you've been paying attention to my posts, you know it's a lot.

I've known about the ADHD since I was a kid. I used to be medicated for it. I knew I had *some* form of PTSD since I was 19. A few months ago I started to accept I might also have some form of autism (lol to those it was obvious to), CPTSD, and very likely trauma-induced BPD.
