So at the end of the day, don’t try to help someone who may not be deserving of help in the first place. If they take advantage of your kindness, misinterpret it into making you as the problem, or gives them validation of stalking you even further, then it’s best to leave them behind.

A person that welcomes external hatred and inflicts self-harm is a person that has given up on life. They may seem they need help, but they don’t actually “want” help, because their mentally ill motives to harm other people has become their main source of happiness. It’s called a joker phase.

They know they’re in a dark place, yet they’re trying to get out in ways that are counterproductive, so they act in desperation, and when that fails, they’ll give up in a rage, and accept consequences instead. They lose it. That is why they say they would rather be blocked, reported, or ignored.
