So yes, I apply different standards to different people. I don't have universal rules. I do think some things are okay to do for some people and not others. I think that it is possible for something to be deeply unfair and also morally correct.

In fact, I'd argue that true impartiality is inherently unfair. It has to be. Because not all opinions or ideologies or actions are entitled to equal weight. Context is for kings.

That places a greater burden on some than others, yes. It's not a colorblind society, I admit. Yes, it demands more of white people. It demands more of cis people. It demands more of abled people. But it's JUST. And that makes it right. Justice and equity are more important than fairness.

Fairness is what France decried when he wrote that "the law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich and poor alike to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread." I fervently believe that a person's obligations towards others are directly proportional to their privilege.
