It takes less energy for everyone to just be normal, as in trans people are a normal part of life and we always have been. Living in the closet is devastatingly fatiguing, as is proudly pushing for segregation and bigotry.

I really don't think I could any more, the more I think about it. Before HRT, I scared cis men out of men's rooms regularly just based on my stature and voice. Now? There are a couple big things that would turn me from an awkward moment into a target. Going stealth for me is a ban from public life.

I really hate 'Go stealth' from cis people in general. They don't understand, or care that what it really means is "Mask 100 percent of the time with zero error threshold or lose your livelihood unless you get lucky"
