had a difficult night, the kind where you feel so alone. morning wasn’t much better but finally making coffee. nothing exciting; it’s instant coffee. i can see the utility of a morning ritual, it helps to get moving. going to turn this vibe around. today’s goal : PR reviews and clean dirty dishes !
