It's the ones that use the same four ads several times a show for weeks on end for me. Or the otherwise great No Such Thing As A Fish, which has the hosts say "STOP THE PODCAST!" *ad spiel* "ON WITH THE PODCAST!" every ad, and runs multiple ads a break.
