That's my concern. We know what the baseline for the general public is, but where does that leave our university community members Do they have more safety? Just enough? We need to be clear with them about where liabilities lie so that they can make good faith risk assessments.

Show PostThis is another one of the things that @apublicgood.bsky.social 's work on TOCs makes me curious about. What does the TOC pass down to freshmen look like? I'm sure the University isn't accepting those liability/indemnification clauses for themselves, surely?
