Yeah, I use the robot as a sort of adversarial whiteboard/sounding board, so don't front load it with assumptions. Mine tends to tell me too often to tighten my wording or that I can't say for sure and I have to tell it "robot, I am doing forensic spelunking. Nothing is for sure, but I can infer"

One problem with AI is that it’s very good at giving you what you want. And if you tell it to give you the conclusion you want, it’s damn well gonna do it, regardless of whether that conclusion is accurate.

It’s just not true! I understand why it was reasonable to think it was true, and why a year ago it was true and seemed like it’d always be true. But you’ve tipped over into massively conspiratorial reasoning at this point given the access we now have to Anthropic’s finances.
