It was perfect. And a nice little luxury. Stila has a shade that’s close, and so do Urban Decay and Sephora. But none have the “I’m a fancy lady” feeling.

Oh I’m mourning that too. They had a sparkly brown that was perfect. All the reviews of the new line mention how the eye pencils aren’t the same. I’ll never understand why they discontinued that line, the products were great, people were loyal, and they hit the balance of elegant and fun.

I am stupid lucky genetically for skin, on both sides of my family. My mom’s liver spots on her arms are from her mid life summer road trips up to Canada. Her left arm is much worse. Moving back to La from LA and seeing how old my friends here looked compared to there, I use sunscreen religiously.
